Laughter Seisún is a fun, uplifting combination of traditional Laughter Yoga and elements of Laughter Therapy, using intentional laughter, breathing, gentle movement and connection to help you switch off, release tension and simply feel good.

You don't need to be funny.
You don't need to know any jokes.
You don't need any yoga experience.
And you definitely don't need to arrive laughing! 😄

Just come as you are and give yourself an hour to laugh, breathe, connect and leave the seriousness of everyday life at the door.
